
Vipers Make Roster Moves

EDINBURG, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the NBA G League Affiliate of the Houston Rockets, announced today that the team has waived guard Alan Griffin. In addition, the team has activated Trevelin Queen for tonight's game and add Jimond Ivey to the roster.
Ivey was the Vipers 77th overall pick in the 2021 NBA G League draft. He was waived during training camp and was added to RGV's roster on Dec. 4. The guard has made two appearances for the Vipers while averaging 1.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per 15.8 minutes of action.
Griffin appeared in four games for the Vipers and averaged 1.8 points, 1.5 rebounds per 4.1 minutes played.
The first 500 kids to enter Bert Ogden Arena tonight will receive an exclusive Air Fang t-shirt as the Vipers take on the Texas Legends tonight at 7:30 p.m. CST.
