Vancouver Giants Set to Host TMNT Night
January 27, 2023 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Vancouver Giants News Release
Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants in conjunction with RE/MAX, Nickelodeon, and the WHL are excited to host Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night on Sunday, February 5th when the Giants welcome the Tri-City Americans at 4:00 PM.
To help support the Children's Miracle Network, the Giants will be wearing special themed jerseys that look like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the game. After the game, the jerseys will be auctioned off with proceeds going to the BC Children's Hospital.
"Themed jerseys are a unique way that we are able to connect with fans young and old," said Vancouver Giants VP of Operations Peter Toigo. "The players get to have fun with a new look for the game, and we end up fundraising for a good cause."
After the game, there will be a Postgame Skate, presented by Save On Foods. Fans are encouraged to bring their skates and enjoy some time on the Giants' ice!
