CHESTER, Pa. - The Philadelphia Union beat FC Cincinnati 3-0 at home on Wednesday night at Subaru Park. The Union now move back in to second place in the Eastern Conference. Ilsinho scored his third goal of the season in the 59' to put the Union in front. Alejandro Bedoya also scored his third goal of the season and his 13th MLS career goal. Jack Elliott returned from injury to finish the match with his first goal of the season. Andre Blake led from the back to earn his seventh clean sheet of the 2020 season. The Union are back home at Subaru Park on October 11 where they will face Montreal Impact (7:30 p.m. ET / PHL17).

With the win the Union are back in second place in the Eastern Conference with 31 points...the club has now won all five home matches of 2020 scoring 13 goals and conceding only two in that time...it is only the third time they have won five consecutive home games in a season.
Ilsinho scored his third goal of the season and his 22nd of his MLS career.
Alejandro Bedoya scored his third goal of the season, one shy of his MLS single-season high, and the 13th of his MLS career.
Jack Elliott returned from injury to score his first goal of the season when he came in as a sub in the second half.
Andre Blake kept his seventh clean sheet of the season, tied for first in the league.
Brenden Aaronson registered his fourth assist of the season, tied for the team high (also Andrew Wooten)...he now has four goals and four assists on the season.
