Chicago Wolves News Release

The Chicago Wolves announced Thursday that two Sunday home games will be broadcast on WCIU-TV (Ch. 26) instead of The U-Too (26.2).

The Illinois Lottery Cup game at 3 p.m. Sunday against Rockford and the Feb. 23 game against Abbotsford are moving from the Wolves usual home for regular-season broadcasts. Fans tuning into Sunday's game will see the Wolves wearing First Responders specialty jerseys presented by Chase, which will be auctioned and raffled with the proceeds benefiting The 100 Club of Chicago, the 5-11 Club and Chicago Wolves Charities.

The Feb. 23 game with Abbotsford is one of four Chicago home games during the National Hockey League's break for the Winter Olympics from Feb. 9-25.

The Wolves return to the ice at 6 p.m. Friday at Grand Rapids as part of a "three-in-three" weekend. Chicago won five of its last six games in 2013 and claimed 11 of a possible 12 points.
