
Two Hitmen Prospects to Play in Mac's AAA Midget World Invivational Hockey Tournament

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club is proud to announce two Hitmen prospects will play in the 42nd annual Mac's AAA Midget World Invitational Hockey Tournament presented by Circle K.
The prestigious Calgary tournament begins Boxing Day with the final on January 1.
Representing the Hitmen will be Zac Funk of the Okanagan Rockets and Owen Palfreyman from the Cariboo Cougars.
The 16-year-old Funk already has Western Hockey League experience appearing in 12 games with the Hitmen as an affiliate player, including eight this season. He has been a key cog in the Rockets scoring attack and is currently second on the team in goals with 14 in 16 games.
Palfreyman, a 16-year-old blueliner, is a shutdown defenceman who also played for Yukon at the 2019 Canada Winter Games.
