
Two FC Dallas Goalkeepers Called into National Team Duty

FRISCO, Texas (Tuesday, May 27, 2014) - FC Dallas goalkeeper Raul Fernandez has been called in to represent the Peruvian National Team for a pair of international friendlies. He is scheduled to return on Wednesday, June 4.
Fernandez departed today to train in Madrid, Spain. The team will then travel to London to face England at Wembley Stadium on Friday, May 30. The match, which will kick off at 2 p.m. CT, is England's final home match prior to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Peru's second friendly will be against Switzerland at Swissporarena Stadium in Lucerne, Switzerland, on Tuesday, June 3. That match will kick off at 6:30 a.m. CT.
Fellow FC Dallas goalkeeper Richard Sanchez is currently playing with the Mexican U-21 National Team at the Toulon Tournament in Southeastern France. Sanchez has started two matches, a 2-0 loss to France on May 25 and a 2-2 draw against Chile, which was played today.
Fernandez and Sanchez are FC Dallas' first MoneyGram International Call-Ups for the 2014 season.
