Colorado Rapids News Release

Head coach Pablo Mastroeni has confirmed that Edson Buddle will be sidelined for this Sunday's home game against the Houston Dynamo (TICKETS) after sustaining a minor right groin strain in the 4-1 win over Montreal Impact.

The Rapids striker, still seeking his 100th goal in MLS, limped out of the game after 86 minutes, to be replaced by Danny Mwanga.

This Sunday, the Rapids meet the Dynamo at Dick's Sporting Goods Park, kick-off 6 p.m. It is the second of three successive home games, to be followed by Chicago Fire (June 4). The side then travels to FC Dallas on June 7 before MLS takes a break for the early stages of the World Cup.
