
TV Show Begins Second Installment on Friday

DES MOINES, IA - The Iowa Stars and Mediacom Connections will broadcast the second installment of the Stars television show, Iowa Stars Extra, on Friday, March 31st at 7:30 PM on the Mediacom Connections Channel.
Guests on this show will include: President John Pettit; Assistant Coach Paul Jerrard; Center Toby Petersen; goaltender Mike Smith; Defensemen Nicklas Grossman and Mike Gabinet; Right Wing B.J. Crombeen.
If you cannot view Friday's airtime, the show will re-air on Saturday at 11:00 AM, and Sunday at 2:00 PM.
Iowa Stars Extra aims to give Iowa Stars fans insight on Stars players as well as chance see the team on a whole new level.
"Iowa Stars Extra will provide Iowa Stars fans the opportunity to see their favorite players in settings other than game action" commented Stars President John Pettit. "Through our great partnership with Mediacom, we are pleased to bring this new facet to our growing fan-base".
The Connections Channel is Mediacom's statewide network that provides Iowans with coverage of state and local sports and community events. It is located at channel 22 for most areas of the state. Check local listing for your community's Mediacom Connections Channel (Ch. 74 in Iowa City; Ch. 18 in Northwest Iowa).
STARS NEXT GAMES: The Iowa Stars travel to Milwaukee for a game on Friday night, and then they make their way over to Cleveland to play Saturday and Sunday games with the Barons. The Stars will then play the last game of the 10-game series against the Knights in Omaha on Friday, April 7th. Contact the Stars Front Office and ask about our road trip package to Omaha.
