Turon Reassigned From St. Johns, St. Jacques Placed On 7 Day IR

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced today that defenseman David Turon has been reassigned to the Ice Pilots from the St. John's Maple Leafs of the American Hockey league and forward Chris St. Jacques has been placed on the seven day injured reserve list.
Turon played in one game for St. John's picking up two penalty minutes and has played in 24 games for the Ice Pilots this season scoring 2 goals, 6 assists for 8 points and has picked up 14 penalty minutes. St. Jacques has played in 29 games for the Ice Pilots this season scoring 6 goals, 9 assists for 15 points and has picked up 46 penalty minutes.
The Ice Pilots are currently on an eight game road trip and will play at Idaho tonight, tomorrow and Sunday at 8:05 p.m. central time. The Ice Pilots next home game is Friday, January 28th vs. Augusta at 7:05 p.m. It is Mardi Gras Night. The Ice Pilots will be wearing their special Mardi Gras Jerseys sponsored by Hill Kelly Dodge as the jerseys will be auctioned off after the game. A Mardi Gras Parade on ice will take place during the intermissions.
