
Tropical Storm Gustav Alters Sounds' Final Road Trip Schedule

Nashville Sounds News Release
METAIRIE, La. -- Based upon the conditions of Tropical Storm Gustav on Thursday afternoon, the New Orleans Zephyrs have made the following decisions regarding the scheduled season-ending four-game series at Zephyr Field between the Z's and the visiting Nashville Sounds, which begins Friday:
Friday's game against the Nashville Sounds will go on as scheduled at 7:00 p.m. CT, with fireworks following the game.
Saturday's game, originally scheduled for 6:00 p.m. CT, has been moved up to 1:00 p.m. CT
The status of Sunday's and Monday's games are to be determined, based upon further developments with the storm. The Zephyrs expect to make decisions pertaining to those games sometime on Friday evening.
Additional updates as to the Sounds' schedule will be posted on the team's official website (www.nashvillesounds.com) as information becomes available.
