Kane County Cougars News Release
GENEVA, IL - The Kane County Cougars, in conjunction with the Oakland Athletics, have announced that pitcher Trey Barham has been activated from the disabled list and fellow pitcher Chad Lee has been added to the DL. The move precedes tonight's 6:05 p.m. CDT game between the Cougars and Lansing Lugnuts in Michigan, and keeps the Cougars' active roster at 23 players.
Barham (25th Rd, 2008) joined the Cougars in late May from extended spring training and in 14 appearances, Barham is 2-0 with a 1.59 ERA. Barham had spent the past week on the disabled list with a back injury.
Lee (4th Rd, 2006) came to the Cougars on July 10, pitching in two games and recording a 1-1 record and 6.30 ERA.
