Cincinnati Cyclones News Release

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that forward Trevor Lewis has been recalled to the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League. In addition, the Rampage have loaned forward Steven Anthony to the Cyclones.

Lewis, a second-year pro, is having a career-season on offense with 30 points (12g, 18a) in 47 games with the Cyclones - ranking fourth on the team in scoring. He has enjoyed six multi-point tilts in 2013-14. A year ago, the Lititz, Pennsylvania native logged 24 regular season games with Cincinnati and amassed 18 points (5g, 13a) in addition to 13 tallies (3g, 10) in 12 Kelly Cup Playoff contests. Lewis has appeared in six AHL games during his career, all with the Peoria Rivermen.

Anthony, Vancouver's seventh round pick in 2009, comes to the Cyclones after being acquired by the Florida Panthers as part of a "Deadline Day" trade that also included NHL goaltender Roberto Luongo. The 22-year-old started the season in the CHL with the St. Charles Chill, where he tallied 14 points (4g, 10a) in 33 games. He's spent the last two years in the ECHL with the Kalamazoo Wings, where he notched 31 points (11g, 20a) over 75 games during that span. Prior to going pro, Anthony skated in four seasons of QMJHL hockey - all with the Saint John Sea Dogs. As an amateur, he contributed 163 points (66g, 97a) in 244 career games and helped lead the Sea Dogs to the Memorial Cup Championship in 2010-11.
