Travs Welcome Jimmy Swift to Club

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Wednesday evening's game against the Springfield Cardinals marked the debut of the Arkansas Travelers newest player, Jimmy Swift. The 24-year old infielder started a third base was 0-for-4 in his Travs debut.
Swift makes his way to the Travs after playing in 34 games for the Class A Inland Empire 66ers. In his time with the 66ers, Swift batted .252 (27-of-107) with five doubles, two triples, two homeruns, and 12 runs batted in. He will see time along the infield for the Travs.
