CHESTER, Pa. - The Philadelphia Union played Chicago Fire FC on Saturday evening at Subaru Park, clinching the 1-0 win. In the second half, Chicago went down to 10 men when forward Fabian Herbers received his second yellow in the 50th minute. Forward Kei Kamara received Chicago's second red card of the match in stoppage time resulting from a second yellow. Midfielder Joaquín Torres scored the late winner in the 90th minute, assisted by midfielder Jose Martínez. With the win, theUnion have won 13 straight home matches (incl. playoffs) and are currently on a 24-game home unbeaten streak.
The Union host Alianza F.C. at Subaru Park in the second leg of the Concacaf Champions League Round of 16 on Tuesday, March 14th (8:00 p.m. ET / Fox Soccer Plus).
