Last Week:
The Toronto Marlies posted a record of 2-0-0 in their first two games of the 2014 Calder Cup Playoffs.
On Friday night, Toronto travelled to Wisconsin to open their first round best-of-five series. The Marlies defeated the Milwaukee Admirals, AHL affiliate of the Nashville Predators, by a score of 6-2.
T.J. Brennan registered a goal and an assist while Sam Carrick contributed two goals in the win. Drew MacIntyre made 28 saves in the victory.
On Saturday night, the Marlies took a 2-0 series lead with a 5-2 victory at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
Brandon Kozun and Jerry D'Amigo each recorded three points, while Drew MacIntyre stopped 28 of 30 shots to earn his second consecutive win.
Over the course of both games, Toronto went 4-for-16 on the powerplay and 11-for- 12 on the penalty kill. The Marlies also tallied two shorthanded goals.

Series Shifts Back to Toronto:
The Marlies will continue round one of the Calder Cup Playoffs with game three against Milwaukee on Thursday at Ricoh Coliseum.
Milwaukee defenceman Bryan Rodney leads the Admirals in post- season scoring with three points (1 goal, 2 assists). Rookie goaltender Marek Mazanec started both games for the Admirals, compiling 58 saves and a 0.879 save percentage against the Marlies.
Over the course of games one and two in Wisconsin, the Admirals went 1-for-12 on the powerplay and 12- for-16 on the penalty kill.
