Toronto FC Acquire General Allocation Money in Exchange for Homegrown Priority to Jacen Russell-Rowe

Toronto FC News Release
Toronto FC announced today that the club has acquired $50,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM) from Columbus Crew in exchange for the Homegrown Priority to forward Jacen Russel-Rowe. TFC will receive additional allocation money if certain metrics are met, and also retain a sell-on percentage in the event of a future transfer to a team outside of Major League Soccer.
