Worcester Tornadoes News Release

Worcester, MA - June 17th, 2009 - Following an overwhelming response to their 2009 summer camp offerings the Worcester Tornadoes have announced that they will host a series of skills clinics this summer.

The three hour clinics, taking place from 9AM-12AM on July 18, August 1, and August 15, will give young players the opportunity to work on baseball fundamentals with Tornadoes players and coaches. Each clinic will be limited to 50 attendees and provide players a unique chance to work closely with players.

The clinics will be open to boys and girls ages 6-15 at a cost of $50 per participant. Also included in the cost of the clinic will be two Flex Tickets, allowing the young players to attend a Tornadoes home game with a friend in 2009.

More information and registration forms are available on www.worcestertornadoes.com or by calling the Worcester Tornadoes Front Office at 508-792-2288.

In 2009, the first-place Worcester Tornadoes celebrate their Fifth Anniversary Season as Worcester, Massachusetts' independent professional baseball team. With thousands of fans visiting Hanover Insurance Park for every home game, there has never been a better time to see your hometown team.
