Albuquerque scored early and often, as the Isotopes rolled to a 9-2 win over the Salt Lake Bees on Friday night. Albuquerque jumped on Salt Lake with three runs in the first, one of them was unearned, and three more in the second for a 6-0 lead. The Bees would chip away with one run in the third, as Jordyn Adams walked, stole second, swiped third and scored on a throwing error by the catcher. Adams now leads the PCL with 30 stolen bases. Salt Lake would add one more run in the fourth, as Jared Oliva walked, stole second and came home on a single by Chris Okey.

The Bees were shut out the rest of the way and the Isotopes would add one more run in the fifth and two more in the seventh. Salt Lake starter Cesar Valdez (4-3) took the loss, as he went six innings and allowed seven runs, six earned, on nine hits with six strikeouts and one walk. Jared Oliva reached base in all four of his plate appearances with two walks, a hit by pitch and a triple that extended his hitting streak to eight games. The Bees did not homer for the seventh consecutive game.
