Tonigiht's Game Between the Snappers and Timber Rattlers Rained Out

BELOIT, WI - Tonight's game between the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and Beloit Snappers has been cancelled due to the weather. Tomorrow's game is still on schedule and will begin starting at 2:00pm with the gates opening one hour prior.
Sunday's game is now our annual Fan Appreciation Night at Pohlman Field. Throughout the game we will be giving away prizes to random fans courtesy of our sponsors. And make sure to get your Mega Raffle tickets as the drawing will be held after the game! Tickets are available for purchase at the ballpark - $5 for one ticket, or $20 for a pack of five. Prizes are as follows - 1st prize is $1,000; 2nd prize is $500; 3rd prize is $200; 4th prize is $100. Get your tickets today! Gates open at 6pm, with the game starting at 7pm.
Sunday will also feature our final jersey auction of the season! Fans will have the chance to bid, silent auction style, on the Snappers game-worn green batting practice jerseys. Bidding will start at $60, with the auction running through the end of the fifth inning.
The game will also be another "Stateline News Family Fun Sunday" at the ballpark. Fans can check this weekend's Stateline News for a buy-one-get-one free reserved seat coupon for the game. Leinie's 12oz bottles are just $2.00 all game long thanks to our friends at Ott Schweitzer Distributing. And all fans in attendance will have the chance to run the bases and play catch on the field post-game (weather and field conditions permitting). Gates will open at 1pm, with first pitch coming at 2pm.
Monday's Labor Day battle between the Snappers and T-Rats is another 2pm start and the final game of the 2011 season. It's a "Monster Deal Monday" courtesy of WJVL and WCLO! For just $22, fans can get two general admission tickets, two adjustable Snappers hats, two hot dogs, two sodas and two popcorns! That's a savings of over $40!
