Tulsa, OK - CF Justin Turner belted a solo home run and a go-ahead two-run double, swinging the Springfield Cardinals (16-29) to the 5-3 win against the Tulsa Drillers (25-20) on Friday night.

L - LHP Austin Drury (0-1)

S - RHP Jacob Bosiokovic (2)

Notables:

Toerner twice delivered go-ahead drives with a solo shot in the 2nd to make it 1-0 and then a two-run double in the 6th for the 4-2 lead... He finished 2x4 with three RBIs... 2B Nick Dunn also homered with a solo blast in the 5th and an RBI sac fly in the 6th that made it 5-2... RF Alec Burleson extended his hitting streak to eight games with a pair of singles, going 2x3 with a walk and a run... RHP Dalton Roach went 5.0 innings with only two runs allowed while matching a season-high with seven strikeouts... RHP Jacob Bosiokovic took over for the final two frames and slammed the door with back-to-back strikeouts in the 9th.
