Titans Send Lenes, Southorn to Wheeling

TRENTON, N.J. - The Trenton Titans, who open a three-game weekend set of ECHL games with the South Carolina Stingrays at 7 Friday evening (Jan. 13) at the Sun National Bank Center, shook up their roster today.

The Titans (12-15-3-3-30) traded forward Peter Lenes and defenseman Jordon Southorn to the Wheeling Nailers for cash and future considerations.

Lenes appeared in 32 games with the Titans, scoring 12 points (7 goals, 5 assists), while Southorn appeared 28 times with the Titans, contributing 16 points (6 goals, 10 assists).

Tickets for all Titans games, including this weekend's Jack Jablonski Benefit Friday evening and Jewish Heritage Night at 7 Saturday evening vs. the Reading Royals, are on sale by calling the Titans offices at 609-341-1100. Single-game tickets are also available at the Sun National Bank Center box office and on-line at www.comcasttix.com.

The Titans conclude the weekend by visiting the Elmira Jackals at 4:05 p.m. Sunday.
