FORT WAYNE, Ind. - In a list compiled with input from more than 10,000 members of Indiana's tourism industry, attending a Fort Wayne TinCaps game at Parkview Field was rated as the number two "Summer Gotta-Do" by the Indiana Office of Tourism and Development.

"Residents around Fort Wayne have known for more than three years that baseball at Parkview Field is a top attraction, and so we're honored to be given such a high compliment considering all of the options available to folks across the state in the summer months," said TinCaps President Mike Nutter. "Our opening day crowd this year was the largest ever in the four-year history of Parkview Field, and we look forward to welcoming new and returning fans for many more exciting nights throughout the summer."

The number one item on the "Top Ten Must-See Indiana Summer Gotta-Dos" was the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, giving the Summit City the top two spots on the list.

"Hoosiers know their communities and take pride in sharing their favorites," said Amy Vaughan, director of the Indiana Office of Tourism Development. "We want to thank all who voted and invite our Hoosier friends and families to enjoy all Indiana has to offer for summer fun."
