DAYTON, OHIO-The Dayton Dragons announced the following roster changes today:

Infielder Joe Terry has been sent to Dayton from Bakersfield.

Outfielder Jefry Sierra has been activated from the disabled list.

Outfielder Theo Bowe and right-handed pitcher Brooks Pinckard have been promoted from Dayton to Bakersfield (California League).

The Dragons roster remains at the Midwest League limit of 25 players.

A new roster is attached.

Terry, who plays second base and third base, was the Reds' 30th round draft pick in 2011 out of Cal State Fullerton. He appeared in six games with Bakersfield this season, batting .333 (7 for 21) with no home runs and two runs batted in. He played briefly in the Reds organization last season with the Goodyear Reds in the Arizona League, batting .216 in 13 games. Terry spent one season at CS Fullerton in 2011 and batted .257 with no home runs and nine RBI. He missed the second half of the season after suffering a broken hamate bone in his right wrist that required surgery. Terry spent the 2009 and 2010 seasons at Cerritos College in Norwalk, California, where he earned conference Player of the Year honors as a freshman in '09, batting .426. He was drafted in the 17th round by the Seattle Mariners in 2009 and the 8th round by the Chicago White Sox in 2010 but did not sign. Terry, 22, is from Long Beach, California.

Sierra has appeared in 16 games for the Dragons this season, batting .212 with no home runs and four runs batted in. He has been out since May 3 with a strained hamstring.

Bowe appeared in 24 games with the Dragons, batting .186 with no home runs and two RBI.

Pinckard tossed 10 scoreless innings with the Dragons and notched two saves.

The Dragons open a four-game series at Fifth Third Field in Dayton tonight against the Lansing Lugnuts at 7:00 p.m. The series continues tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.
