About Last Game : It took a while, but the TinCaps eventually found the buried treasure at Parrrkview Field on Pirates Night in a 5-4 victory over the Lake County Captains. Fort Wayne scored three times in the seventh inning to tie the game and went in front with one in the eighth.

Perez's Penchant for Lake County : Fernando Perez delivered the game-winning RBI last night with an opposite-field double in the eighth inning. He also started the scoring with a solo home run in the first - his team-leading 12th of the season. In 13 games against Lake County this season, Perez is hitting .272 with 3 HR and 14 RBI. The infielder now leads the TinCaps in RBI on the season with 77 - third most in all of the Midwest League.

Cash Back : Jeffery Enloe, who bears a resemblance to Padres pitcher Andrew "Cash" Cashner, makes his second start in a row against Lake County tonight. Last Sunday was the first time in eight starts this season that Enloe didn't get through five innings. He yielded five runs on eight hits in four innings. Clint Frazier produced the biggest hit against him in the fourth with a three-run double. On the flip side, Lake County starter Luis Lugo gave up only one run in five innings. That was a solo home run by Trea Turner.

Packed Parkview Field : Friday was the TinCaps' 22nd sell-out crowd of the season. Fort Wayne has averaged 5,900 fans per game. The team's total attendance of 348,071 is its most ever through 59 openings.
