
Time Warner Cable Customers in Free at "The Joe"

TROY, NY- Time Warner Cable has announced that it will once again be teaming up with the ValleyCats to host the 3rd Annual Customer Appreciation event on Saturday, August 4 at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium in Troy.
This year's game will feature the ValleyCats taking on the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. Time Warner Cable customers will have the opportunity to show their cable bills at the Valley - Cats Box Office to receive a free four pack of tickets and vouchers for a free hot dog and soda, courtesy of Time Warner Cable. Deadline for ticket pick-up is July 29 and seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
"Time Warner is excited to once again bring our annual Customer Appreciation Night to the Tri-City ValleyCats' stadium, said Steve Trippe, Regional Vice President of Operations, Time Warner Cable. "This is a pinnacle yearly event for us where we are able to say thank you to the thousands of loyal customers that love our services, and at the same time, have fun highlighting our new products, answer their questions and enjoy a great baseball game."
Time Warner Cable and the Tri-City ValleyCats promise to deliver an exciting night at the ballpark as fans will have the opportunity to experience Whole House DVR, the Live TV app, IntelligentHome, Remote DVR Manager, Ultimate Internet, HBO and Max Go and more, all in the Time Warner Cable Picnic Pavilion. The YNN Stormchaser vehicle will be showcased and there will be customer giveaways, games, and other fun activities taking place throughout the night as well.
All kids will be able to participate in a pre-game catch on the field, as well as run the bases follow - ing the final out. It's also Movie Night at "The Joe," where fans will be challenged all night long with movie trivia and classic clips from the big screen.
In 2011, Time Warner Cable's 2nd annual Customer Appreciation Night was yet again another record setting crowd of TWC customers filling the Tri-City ValleyCats' stadium. Over 7,100 fans were greeted by 80 Cable Guys and Girls to answer questions and to say Thank You for being a customer. It was the perfect way to show our appreciation and we'll do so again this year on August 4th.
