
Timbers Announce Roster Status Ahead of 2023 MLS Season

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers have exercised their 2023 contract options on three players and declined their options on four players, the team announced today. The Timbers picked up the contract options on Diego Gutierrez, Zac McGraw and Justin Rasmussen.
The Timbers declined 2023 contract options on Blake Bodily, George Fochive and Justin Vom Steeg and did not exercise a purchase option for Josecarlos Van Rankin. Additionally, the club is currently in discussions to retain Nathan Fogaça on the first team.
