
LA Galaxy to Host Watch Party Presented by Modelo on Thursday, October 20

LOS ANGELES - The LA Galaxy will host a watch party, presented by Modelo, at Legends Plaza at Dignity Health Sports Park when the club faces LAFC at Banc of California Stadium in the Western Conference Semifinals of the 2022 MLS Cup Playoffs on Thursday, Oct. 20. The match will kick off at 7:00 p.m. PT with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. PT for the watch party.
The event is free and open to the public and all fans attending are encouraged to bring their own seating. Parking will be available to fans in lots 10 and 11 for the event. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive an exclusive LA Galaxy playoff inspired rally towel. Drink specials will be available to fans, including 12oz Modelo for $5. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited and the stadium's clear bag policy will be in effect. The exclusive "Legends Never Die" playoff collection, which includes a tee, hoodie and scarf, will be available on gameday while supplies last. LA Galaxy Season Ticket Members who attend the watch party will get 40% off their purchase from the LA Galaxy Team Store. Additionally, DJ Vick One, public address announcer Mike Araujo, the LA Galaxy Star Squad and Cozmo will provide entertainment throughout the match.
In 27 seasons in MLS, this marks the club's 20th appearance in the MLS Cup Playoffs. In 76 all-time playoff matches, the LA Galaxy hold a 46-23-7 record. The Galaxy advanced to the Western Conference Semifinals following a 1-0 win at Dignity Health Sports Park over Nashville SC in Round One of the playoffs on Oct. 15.
