
Charlotte FC Announces End of Season Roster Decisions

CHARLOTTE, NC - Charlotte FC today announced roster options ahead of the 2023 Major League Soccer season.
The Club exercised the options of four players: McKinze Gaines, Derrick Jones, George Marks, and Daniel Ríos.
Two players have had their options declined: Harrison Afful and Christian Fuchs. The Club remains in discussions regarding the futures of both players.
Charlotte FC has until the league's November 14 deadline to exercise or decline the options for Quinn McNeill and Koa Santos. The pair are currently on loan to the Charlotte Independence during the USL League One playoffs.
Alan Franco's loan from Atletico Mineiro will expire at the end of the season and the midfielder will not return to Charlotte FC.

Goalkeepers (4): Kristijan Kahlina, George Marks, Pablo Sisniega, Adrian Zendejas
Defenders (8): Adam Armour, Nathan Byrne, Guzman Corujo, Jaylin Lindsey, Adilson Malanda, Joseph Mora, Jan Sobocinski, Anton Walkes
Midfielders (6): Jordy Alcivar, Ben Bender, Brandt Bronico, Chris Hegardt, Derrick Jones, Nuno Santos
Forwards (8): McKinze Gaines, Kamil Jozwiak, Vinicius Mello, Yordy Reyna, Daniel Rios, Andre Shinyashiki, Karol Swiderski, Kerwin Vargas
