
Timbers Announce Broadcast Details for April 26 Match against Orange County SC

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers third round match in the 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup against Orange County SC on Wednesday, April 26, will be broadcast on CBS Sports Golazo Network, U.S. Soccer announced today. The midweek match is set to for 7:30 p.m. (Pacific) at Providence Park.

The match marks the first meeting between the Timbers and Orange County SC. In 35 U.S. Open Cup matches since entering the competition in 2004, the Timbers hold a record of 19-16, advancing to the quarterfinal round four times (2013, 2014, 2018, 2019) and the semifinal round in 2013 and 2019. The last time the club competed in the tournament, the Timbers fell 2-0 to LAFC in the Round of 32 of the tournament at Banc of California on May 10, 2022.
