Timbers Announce 2020 Roster Ahead of Home Opener against Minnesota United FC

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers today formally announced their 2020 roster ahead of the home opener at Providence Park against Minnesota United FC on Sunday, March 1. Portland's roster consists of 27 players - three goalkeepers, eight defenders, 13 midfielders and three forwards.

Goalkeepers (3): Jeff Attinella (Domestic), Steve Clark (Domestic), Aljaz Ivacic (U.S. Permanent Resident)

Defenders (8): Julio Cascante (U.S. Permanent Resident), Chris Duvall (Domestic), Marco Farfan (Homegrown, Domestic), Jorge Moreira (International), Larrys Mabiala (U.S. Permanent Resident), Bill Tuiloma (U.S. Permanent Resident), Jorge Villafaña (Domestic), Dario Zuparic (International)

Opening their 10th season in MLS, the Timbers play host to Minnesota United FC, in a match presented by Providence Health & Services, on Sunday, March 1, at Providence Park. Beginning at 4:30 p.m. (Pacific), the match will feature a national television broadcast on FS1 with local radio broadcasts on 750 The Game (English) and La GranD 1150AM/93.5 FM (Spanish).
