
Tim Hudson to Play in Gwinnett

Tim Hudson of the Atlanta Braves is expected to make a rehab start for the Gwinnett this Wednesday, April 18th. Hudson, 36, underwent back surgery in November and is currently on the 15-day disabled list for the Braves. The veteran hurler has already made two rehab starts with Class-A Rome, going 0-2 with a 7.71 ERA.
A native of Columbus, GA, Tim Hudson is a career 181-97 with a 3.40 ERA in 378 Major League games, including 89-58 with a 3.57 ERA in 195 games for the Atlanta Braves. He has rehabbed with Gwinnett once before, going 1-0 with a 3.38 ERA in four starts in 2009.
Wednesday night will be the first "Winning Wednesday" of the 2012 season presented by the Georgia Lottery. If the G-Braves are victorious, everyone in attendance will receive a special discount offer on future game tickets. There will also be special chances to win Lottery tickets throughout the game.
