Thursday's Bisons/Red Sox Game Postponed

Buffalo Bisons News Release


Thursday afternoon's game between the Buffalo Bisons and the Pawtucket Red Sox at Dunn Tire Park has been postponed due to rain. The teams will play a doubleheader on Friday, May 19 with the first pitch of the first game scheduled for 5:30 p.m.

The teams will play two, seven-inning games at that time.

Friday's game will still be a fridaynightbash!®, sponsored by Verizon and Your Neighborhood Ford Stores with post game fireworks presented by HSBC Bank USA, N.A. There will also still be a pre game tent party at 5:00 p.m. with food and drink specials and live music from Blues Root.

Fans holding tickets to Thursday's game can exchange them for a comparable ticket to any future 2006 Bisons game, excluding special events. All ticket exchanges must be made at the Dunn Tire Park box office. Please note that these exchanges do not have to be made on Thursday, May 18. Fans with tickets can exchange them throughout the remainder of the 2006 season.
