
Ferguson Jenkins to appear at Louisville Slugger Field

Ferguson Jenkins will be at Louisville Slugger Field tomorrow, May 19 to promote the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Sports Memorabilia and Trivia Night. Jenkins will throw out the ceremonial first pitch and will also sign autographs on the LSF concourse. Jenkins became the first Canadian ever elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991. He was the 1971 winner of the National League Cy Young Award, the first Cub pitcher ever to do so.
