Bridgewater, New Jersey - Three timely home runs led the Somerset Patriots (5-1) past the Harrisburg Senators (1-5) with a 6-5 series-finale win on Sunday afternoon at TD Bank Ballpark.

Harrisburg grabbed an early lead in the top of the first inning with a pair of unearned runs, but their lead was short-lived.

Estevan Florial sparked the Patriots offense once again Sunday. His leadoff solo home run (4) in the bottom of the first inning marked the third time in six games Florial started the game with a homer. Hoy Park added a two-run shot (1) two batters later that put Somerset up 3-2. He also added two runs and two walks on the day.

Diego Castillo single-handedly extended the Patriot's lead in the third inning. His run-scoring groundout made it a 4-2 game before he stole third and scored on a fielding error to pad the Somerset margin. Three innings later, with the game tied at 5-5, Castillo sent a two-out solo home run (1) out to left-center field, providing the winning run of the game.

Somerset's bullpen pitched six scoreless innings of relief, with the win going to Jefry Valdez (1-0). Valdez went three and struck out a batter before handing the ball off to Kevin Gadea, who struck out two in his two innings of work. Keegan Curtis (2) earned the save after he struck out the side in the top of the 9th.

The Patriots will hit the road for two six-game series against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and the Hartford Yard Goats. They'll return to TD Bank Ballpark on Tuesday, May 25th to begin the next homestand against New Hampshire.
