
Three Fort Worth Cats selected as CBL All-Stars

Catcher Jason Radwan and starting pitchers Angel Aragon and Brandon Wood will be the Fort Worth representatives on the 2004 Central Baseball League All-Star team. The game will be played at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth on Tuesday, July 20 at 7:35. The contest will feature the Central League All-Stars against the All-Stars from the Northeast League.
Radwan is batting .248 on the season with a team-leading eight homers and 34 RBI.
Aragon, who threw a complete-game shutout on Saturday night, has a 7-3 record with a 2.23 ERA in 12 starts. His ERA and strikeout total (74) both rank third in the league.
Wood is 7-1 with a 2.25 ERA in 17 games. Wood, who started the season by allowing no earned runs in 11 relief appereances, moved into the starting rotation on June 6 and has collected wins in five of those six games.
