Thomas A. Stewart 50th Reunion at Saturday's 4:05pm Game $100s in prizes and giveaways from game sponsor The Home Depot

(Peterborough, ON) - There's plenty of reason to arrive early to Saturday's 4:05pm game against the Sudbury Wolves, when the Petes will celebrate the 50th reunion of Thomas A. Stewart Secondary School.

The first thousand fans in the doors for the rare 4:05pm start will receive a cowbell courtesy of the game's sponsor, The Home Depot. Fans will also have the chance to purchase 1 of 150 signed Petes 'mystery pucks', with proceeds going to The Home Depot Canada Foundation. The fan that purchases the lucky golden puck will win a $100 Home Depot gift card. Between periods, Ryobi will showcase products in a Leaf Blower race.

Additionally, the Maverick Field Hockey Club will be on hand selling chuck-a-pucks to raise funds to help keep athletes in the game. Puck-tossers will have the chance to win a signed Petes jersey, tickets to an upcoming Petes game, a photo session, a gift card, a gift basket, and a Maverick Field Hockey Club Learn2Play membership.

Representatives of Thomas A. Stewart will take part in a pre-game ceremony, while hundreds of TAS alumni are expected to be in the crowd to take in the matinee game.

As part of the Peterborough Lakers Mann Cup celebrations, fans in attendance at the team's event at Del Crary Park between 2:00 and 3:00pm Saturday afternoon will receive a voucher for a $13 regular bowl or $6 Sun Life Financial Family Zone ticket for the Petes game.

Game tickets are available starting at $8 through the Collins Barrow PMC Box Office, online, or by at phone at (705) 743-3561.
