BROOKLYN, NY - Mets third baseman Todd Frazier blasted a bullet solo home run to left field, but the Brooklyn Cyclones, the Short Season, Class A affiliate of the New York Mets, were defeated by the Tri-City ValleyCats 4-3 Tuesday afternoon in the middle game of a three-game set at MCU Park.

BIG MOMENTS
Trailing 4-2 into the eighth, Todd Frazier's solo home run that came off the bat at 107.6 mph soared over the left field wall to cut Brooklyn's deficit to one run.
Tri-City's Alex McKenna went 2-4 with a two-run home run, breaking a tie in the top of the third to push the lead to 3-1.
Brooklyn tied the game in the second on Anthony Dirocie's sacrifice fly, and cut the deficit to 3-2 on Carlos Cortes' RBI single in the third.

Tri-City's Alex McKenna has hit all four of his professional home runs this season against the Cyclones, driving in nine runs in five games.
Mets third baseman Todd Frazier is scheduled to continue his rehab stint with Brooklyn Wednesday night in the series finale.
