FRISCO, TX - The Sioux Falls Skyforce (12-15) ended a three-game winning streak for the Texas Legends (13-14) with a 128-99 victory in Frisco Tuesday night.
The Legends took an early lead and carried it through most of the first, holding a 25-23 edge at the end of the quarter. The tides turned in the second when the visitors opened with a 27-6 run. The Force knocked down 84% to Texas' 30% and 71% outside while Texas hit 1-of-11 from the three finishing the quarter 41-19 and holding the double-digit lead they would carry through the final buzzer.
Carlik Jones led the Legends' efforts with 16 points and a career-high 15 assists. Moses Wright finished with 18 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks, and Justin Jackson added 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. Feron Hunt finished the double-digits list for Texas with 12 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks.
Javonte Smart led all scorers with 24 points, while Martin Krampelj double-doubled with 11 points, 10 rebounds. Sioux Falls finished the night shooting 52% and 47% outside
