Legends Announce Trade with Gold

Texas Legends News Release
Frisco, TX - The Texas Legends have agreed to a trade with the Grand Rapids Gold, acquiring a 2026 first-round pick (WES via VAL, #3), a 2027 first-round pick, and the returning player rights to Kessler Edwards, PJ Hayes, and Derek Ogbeide in exchange for Emanuel Miller's returning player rights and a 2026 first-round pick (OKL via WIS and GRG, #4).
Miller last appeared for the Legends in 2024-2025, playing in 16 games averaging 18.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assists. Edwards, Hayes, and Ogbeide will all play overseas in the upcoming season.
The Texas Legends tip-off the season away from home against Mexico City on November 8th, with the home opener on November 13th as the Rio Grande Valley Vipers visit Frisco.
