
Terzi Masterful in Blues Shutout

In last night's battle between two Connecticut rivals, the Torrington Titans came to Muzzy Field to take on the Bristol Blues. The Blues were able to handle the Titans with ease and beat them by a score of 6-0.
The Blues were led offensively by Gerrad Rohan (Akron) and Griffin Garabedian (UCONN) who combined for three RBI's and four hits on the night.
Troy Terzi (Post) had another strong start for the Blues last night when he was able to go eight innings without allowing a single run, allowed only four hits, and added nine strikeouts to the impressive stat line. Terzi has now officially pitched 30.2 innings in a row without allowing an earned run. Winning pitcher for the Blues was awarded to Troy Terzi while the losing pitcher for the Titans was Taylor Luciani.
The Blues are back in action tonight, July 17, when they head to Worcester to take on the Bravehearts. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05pm.
