
Giles Helps the Pittsfield Suns Down the North Shore Navigators 5-4

Jeremy Giles went 2-5, helping the Pittsfield Suns (17-17) to a 5-4 victory over the North Shore Navigators (20-16) on Friday at Fraser Field.
He doubled in the third inning and singled in the ninth inning.
Michael Spada put together a nice outing. The North Shore Navigators managed just two hits off of the the Pittsfield Suns' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his three innings of work.
MacDaniel Singleton reached base three times in the game for the North Shore Navigators. He singled in the fifth and ninth innings.
Trevor Massey couldn't get it done on the rubber for the North Shore Navigators, taking a loss. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
