Vancouver Giants News Release
Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants are excited to remind you that everyone's favourite holiday hockey tradition - the Teddy Bear Toss - is coming up tonight when the G-Men host the Everett Silvertips at the Pacific Coliseum presented by TELUS! Puck drop is at 7:30pm.
Fans are encouraged to bring a new stuffed toy to the game, or you can buy one on the concourse with proceeds benefitting The Province Empty Stocking Fund and the CKNW Orphans' Fund. Then, when the Giants score their first goal, throw them on the ice! We'll then collect all the bears, and they will be donated to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau who will make sure they find a warm, loving home in time for the holidays.
It's a spectacle you don't want to miss! Tickets are selling fast, so get yours NOW! Call 604.4.GIANTS (604.444.2687) or go to TicketLeader.ca.
