Green Bay Gamblers News Release
The Green Bay Gamblers (6-10-0-1) fell to Team USA (4-9-1) in a 5-2 contest. The first period was quiet, resulting in no goals. Team USA would take control of the second period with an early 2-0 lead. Green Bay would come back with a goal of their own, but Team USA would strike back, with a 3-1 score line heading into the third period. After a set of goals by either team an empty-net goal in the third for Team USA, the Gamblers would finish the contest with a 5-2 loss.
Nicholas VanTassell (4) and Ryan Greene (2) led the way with 1 goal each for the Gamblers. Dominik Bartecko (3), Owen Murray (6), Jackson Hallum (5), and Damien Carfagna (16) had 1 assist each. In net, Aaron Randazzo played had a game time of 59:08, saving 18 of 22 shots, allowing 4 goals.
Green Bay will play the Youngstown Phantoms (8-8-0-2) at Rochester, NY, Friday, December 3.
Team USA will play the Chicago Steel (14-2-4) in Plymouth, MI, Sunday, November 28, at USA Hockey Arena.
