You remember the 2007 season, right? It was the youngest roster in franchise history that did the unexpected in a rebuilding year by capturing victory in six of its last 10 games to clinch the final Playoff berth and came within seconds of knocking out the defending WNBA Champions in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. The season was highlighted by five consecutive wins for the second best start in our all-time history, being the first team to hand the league-leading Detroit Shock two losses and finishing the regular season as the top three-point shooting team in the WNBA. Plus, standout center Janel McCarville won the league's Most Improved Player honor and our fearless floor leader Loree Moore earned her first career spot on the WNBA's All-Defensive Team. It was quite a year.
