Kinston, NC - The K-Tribe continues its 60-Year Celebration of Historic Grainger Stadium with the first ever "Brown Bag Special" on Friday, August 7th. The Brown Bag Special is a part of the K-Tribe homestand from Monday, August 3rd - Sunday, August 9th!
Come to the Fireworks Friday game against the Salem Red Sox at 7pm and buy a brown bag for your chance at a great autograph!
Here's how it works - on the night of the game we will have 30 brown bags for sale at $20 each. Every bag contains an autograph baseball from a current or future star. You won't know what you get until you open the bag, but it could be filled with a great surprise!
The autographs in the bag include, MLB All-Stars Victor Martinez and C.C. Sabathia, Cleveland Indian Fausto Carmona, the 2009 Cincinnati Reds team, the 1978 Kinston Eagles team, 2009 Kinston Indians team, past and present K-Tribe players including Lonnie Chisenhall and much more!
There are just 17 more home games left in the 2009 season. The K-Tribe returns home to Historic Grainger Stadium for a seven game homestand from August 3rd through August 9th! Reserved seat tickets are just $4 for students, seniors and the military. G.A. for the general public is just $5, reserved seats are $6. Parking is always free at Historic Grainger Stadium.
