Tacoma Defiance Enters into Standard USL Loan Agreements with Four Players

TACOMA, WASH. - Tacoma Defiance today announced that it has entered into 2019 Standard USL Loan Agreements for defenders Saad Abdul-Salaam and Jonathan Campbell, midfielder Alex Roldan and goalkeeper Trey Muse. These agreements contain a right of recall for MLS, which enables each player to play for a USL side and MLS club throughout the duration of the loan period (through the end of 2019), subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.

Tacoma Defiance opens its season on Friday, March 8 at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma (Charis Wilson / Sounders FC).

Additionally, the club has signed defenders Khai Brisco, Connor Drought, Blake Malone and Enrique Montana, forward Austin Brummett, goalkeepers Jacob Castro and Sam Fowler, as well as midfielder Peter Kingston to USL Academy contracts.

Tacoma Defiance opens its 2019 campaign tomorrow night, March 8, vs. Rio Grande Valley FC Toros at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma (7:00 p.m. PT / ESPN+).
