
Syracuse Crunch Return Ryan Martindale to Florida Everblades

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Crunch have returned Ryan Martindale on loan to the Florida Everblades of the ECHL, general manager Julien BriseBois announced today.
Martindale, 24, has skated in 25 games with the Everblades this season, posting seven goals, 12 assists and 10 penalty minutes. He has also compiled 11 points (4g, 7a) and four penalty minutes in 22 contests with the Crunch this year.
During the 2014-15 season, the 6-foot-3, 210-pound center appeared in 19 games with the Crunch, tallying eight goals, six assists to go along with four penalty minutes and a plus-5 rating after joining the team from the San Antonio Rampage. With the Rampage, Martindale put up 13 points (8g, 5a) in 45 contests.
The Oshawa, Ontario native has appeared in 202 AHL games with the Crunch, Rampage and Oklahoma City Barons, totaling 34 goals and 78 points. He made his AHL debut Dec. 10, 2011, with Oklahoma City. Martindale has also played 64 career games in the ECHL earning 36 points (15g, 21a) with the Everblades and the Stockton Thunder.
Martindale was selected in the third round, 61st overall, by the Edmonton Oilers at the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
