
Syracuse Chiefs Homestand Highlights - May 19th-26th

The Syracuse Chiefs are back at NBT Bank Stadium Thursday to open a seven-game, eight-day homestand. The Chiefs will host the Norfolk Tides and first-place Charlotte Knights, the Triple-A affiliates of the Baltimore Orioles and Chicago White Sox.
Thursday, May 19th (6:35 vs. Norfolk): The homestand opens with the first of two $1 Thursday's, each presented by 95X. Chiefs fans can experience the joy of great concession deals with $1 Hofmann hot dogs, $1 Coca-Cola products and $2 Saranac, Labatt, Coors and 1911 Hard Cider products. In addition, Thursday is Mullet Night, so bring the business in the front and the party in the back when you rock your best mullet. Don't forget to grab your 2016 Chiefs poster schedule, sponsored by East Syracuse Chevrolet, on your way out the door (2,000 available).
Friday, May 20th (6:35 vs. Norfolk): Day two of the homestand features a Fireworks Friday sponsored by 93Q. It is also Strike Out Stroke Night, presented by Upstate Stroke Center. The first 1,000 fans 13 and over will receive the first of three replica uniforms throughout the season. The Chiefs' new home uniforms will be the giveaway this Friday night. To make the night extra special, a LifeNet helicopter will drop off two Upstate doctors on the field to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. In addition, all proceeds from the night's 50/50 raffle will benefit Upstate Stroke Center. Stay after the game for another outstanding postgame fireworks show.
Saturday, May 21st (1:05 vs. Norfolk): On Super Saturday fans get the chance to cash in. The Chiefs present the debut of Money Madness presented by Pawn King. The first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive a sealed envelope with a denomination of cash between $1 and $100. A total of $2,500 will be distributed to fans.
Sunday, May 22nd (1:05 vs. Norfolk) The Tides series wraps up with a NBT Bank Family Sunday, where children 12 and under can purchase $2 tickets and run the bases after the game presented by Wegmans. In addition, Sunday is Safe Kids Day sponsored by UnitedHealthCare Community Plan. Fans can check out the safe kids expo on the concourse during the game. The first 350 kids 18 or younger will also have the opportunity to receive a free bike helmet and fitting on the concourse.
Tuesday, May 24th (6:35 vs. Charlotte): After an off day, the Chiefs open a three-game set with the Charlotte Knights on a Two-For Tuesday, presented by 105.9 The Rebel. Every Tuesday at home this season, fans can enjoy great concession deals. This Tuesday, two pizza slices from Vinny's Original Pizza are available for the price of one.
Wednesday, May 25th (6:35 vs. Charlotte): On a Winning Wednesday, the Chiefs will honor the contributions of Jackie Robinson on Jackie Robinson Tribute Night presented by WCNY. In honor of Jackie Robinson Night, WCNY will be re-airing Ken Burns' award winning Jackie Robinson documentary on June 1st at 7:00 p.m.
In addition, fans can take home great prizes by playing Baseball Bingo on another Winning Wednesday sponsored by Turning Stone Resort & Casino. If the Chiefs win, fans can exchange their ticket stub for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any regular-season game.
Thursday, May 26th (6:35 vs. Charlotte): The homestand wraps up the way it opened, with another $1 Thursday presented by 95X. Once again, Chiefs fans can experience the joy of great concession deals with $1 Hofmann hot dogs, $1 Coca-Cola products and $2 Saranac, Labatt, Coors and 1911 Hard Cider products.
