
Surgery Knock Mike Liambas out of Action 6-8 Weeks

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Bloomington PrairieThunder forward Mike Liambas will be out of action 6 to 8 weeks following emergency surgery Sunday night to repair lacerated tendons in his right arm.
Liambas suffered two complete and two partial lacerations to four of his flexor tendons in the wrist during the second period of an International Hockey League game against Fort Wayne at U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
