Jose Urena (W, 3-2) earned the win for the Suns after allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits in six innings of work, while striking out three batters and only issuing a lone walk.

The Suns received a hitless seventh inning from Greg Nappo and a scoreless eighth inning from Edgar Olmos before Nick Wittgren (SV, 4) nailed down the save after retiring the BayBears in order in the ninth inning.

Willy Paredes (L, 2-1) was dealt his first loss of the year after allowing one earned run on two hits in 1.1 innings.

The Suns drew first blood on Saturday, scoring on an unearned run in the bottom of the first inning. The BayBears would score the next three runs to take a 3-1 lead after the top of the fourth inning.

That 3-1 edge for the BayBears would hold until the bottom of the fifth, when the Suns used a two-run triple from Austin Nola and a sacrifice fly from Brent Keys to take a 4-3 lead after five innings of play.

Mobile tied it up at 4-4 following an RBI double from Steve Rodriguez that scored Dustin Martin, but a fine relay from Brent Keys to Danny Black to J.T. Realmuto cut down Gerson Montilla at the plate, who would have given the BayBears the lead.

Jacksonville received a bases loaded walk from Brent Keys in the sixth and an Alfredo Lopez RBI infield single in the seventh to take a 6-4 lead and complete their scoring on the night.

Playing in his first game of 2014 after battling back from a lumbar disc herniation, Brent Keys had his fingerprints all over Saturday's win after walking twice, scoring a run, driving in two runs and coming up with a critical relay throw to keep the game tied at 4-4 in the sixth inning.

The Suns and BayBears will be back at it on Sunday afternoon at Bragan Field, with first pitch scheduled for 3:05 p.m. ET. Jacksonville sends out the right-hander Anthony DeSclafani (3-4, 4.29) for Sunday's ballgame, while Mobile will counter with a righty of their own in A.J. Schugel (1-1, 3.15).

Suns fans can listen to Sunday's game on the Suns Baseball Network, 94.1 WSOS-FM or throughwww.jaxsuns.com, MiLB.com or the Suns iPhone or Android app, beginning at 2:35 p.m. ET starting with the Memorial Hospital Suns Pregame Show on Suns Sunday.
